Persimmon Breakfast Smoothie

Persimmon fruit - high in beta carotine and minerals such as sodium, magnesium, calcium and iron. It has the texture of an apple and you can eat the tough skin - it also looks really pretty when sliced, so great for a fruit salad!
This smoothie uses all the above fruit as well as 300ml of oat milk. Perfect breakfast!
