Carrot, Mango and Banana Smoothie

Another great smoothie for any time of the day, but this definitely makes a lovely breakfast smoothie.

Smoothie's do not have to be packed with fruit to be delicious. Remember - your 5 a day should be more veg than fruit, so why not get a good start by throwing some veg into your breakfast smoothie.
You will need:
300ml Oat Milk
1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
1 small banana, sliced
1 small mango, or half a large mango
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
A few cubes of ice
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
