Avocado, Pear and Cucumber Smoothie


This is a delicious breakfast smoothie to kick start your happy and healthy day! The cucumber gives this smoothie a pleasant refreshing taste.

You will need:

300ml of cold oat milk

Half an Avocado

2-3 inches of cucumber

1 Pear

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Drizzle of honey

Method:

Core the pear but the leave the skin on and chop into small pieces. Chop the cucumber and avocado into small pieces also. (This recipe only uses half an avocado - wrap the other half in cling film and use at lunch time or for tomorrow's smoothie)

Put all your ingredients into the blender and blend well for a few minutes. You may like to add a few cubes of ice.

Pour into your smoothie glass and enjoy the goodness :-)
