Strawberry and Coconut Whips


These little pots of heaven are a perfect sweet treat or dessert. They are dairy, gluten and refined sugar free and are full of nutritious ingredients too! Super easy to make, give them a try, you won’t regret it.

You will need:

200g strawberries

100g Coconut Cream

1 Avocado

1 teaspoon Almond Butter

2 tablespoons Honey

Few drops Vanilla Extract

Method:

Chop the coconut block into quarters. Scoop the flesh from the avocado and chop the strawberries.

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend well. You may need to stop a few times to scrape round the edges of the food processor.

Once all the ingredients have blended really well, scoop out into bowls or dishes and garnish with an extra strawberry. Chill until ready to serve.

They keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
